Our menu is as follows:
Homemade Tomato and Basil soup with crusty roll
Duck liver and port pate with melba toast
Goats cheese, pear and walnut salad
Skewered tiger prawns with sweet chilli dressing and fresh lime
Crostini of creamed mushrooms with crispy bacon

Roast Topside of Lakeland Beef with Yorkshire pudding
Roast leg of Teesdale Lamb with Yorkshire Pudding
(both served with roast potatoes, roasted seasonal vegetables and homemade gravy from the roasting tin).
Foil baked fillets of rainbow trout with leeks and almonds and a white wine sauce
Roast breast of chicken, stuffed with Mozzarella and sun dried tomatoes with a herb cream
Roast supreme of Guinea Fowl with bacon and mushrooms and a Drambuie cream sauce
Pan fried medallions of pork with black pudding, served with leeks, thyme, grain mustard and Parmesan sauce
Spinach and ricotta Cannelloni with salad and crusty roll
All served with fresh seasonal vegetables and new potatoes
