Seafood Gratin - pieces of salmon and cod with pink prawns in a cream sauce, gratinated under the grill

Roast fillet of halibut topped with Grandma Singleton's cheese and served with a grain mustard sauce

Roast breasts of Teesdale pheasant with bacon and mushrooms in a Drambuie cream sauce ( subject to seasonal availability)

Slow roast shank of Teesdale lamb with a rosemary and thyme gravy

Roast Barnsley chop with leek mash and minted red wine gravy

Roast half crown of honey roast duckling with a redcurrant and orange jus

Roast breast of chicken, stuffed with leeks, served with a blue cheese and mushroom sauce

Stuffed beef olives with a Diane sauce, served with rice.

Chargrilled 8oz peppered Sirloin steak with homemade onion rings, salad and handcut chips.

The Ancient Unicorn curry - either chicken green Thai or Beef Madras- served with pickles, a poppadum and basmati rice.

Creamy Risotto of oyster mushrooms, rocket and Champagne with salad and crusty roll
